We ship USPS First class and Priority mail. Some items may be shipped UPS or FedEx depending on how many are ordered and the location they are going to. If this would be an issue, please let us know immediately.

RCH Gifts cannot accept returns or refunds due to the nature of our products, please purchase seriously. It is very important that all information you send to us is 100% accurate. We will not reimburse you for incorrect information that you provide, however if there is a mistake on our end, we will gladly remake/refund your money. This does not cover font choice or layouts.
