The order exceeded my expectations and I am happy to leave a positive review. Seller was very repsonsive to my questions before order was placed and made recommendations to get the result I wanted. When I ordered, it arrived very quickly. I didn't tell the seller that I was hoping it would arrive in time for a birthday because I didn't think it had a chance. But, it DID arrive in time. The insulated mug was very well received. I couldn't be happier.

Excellent customer support from RCH. I contacted them with a short fused order on a Friday evening and the representative worked with me on logo design over email with quick responses. They accepted the order and then delivered ahead of schedule. The folks receiving the flasks loved them — will definitely use RCH again!
I was tasked to order some give away items for my company since we are building a new location and unveiling a new logo. I was given what they were looking for and 5 working days. I searched on Google, Amazon and Etsy for someone to create a tumbler with my dual color logo and watermark that was not a sticker. I contacted RCH via Etsy and they answered all my questions promptly and assured me that they could do exactly as I was asking. Low and behold, Monday morning rolls around and I come in to an email that my 5 tumblers were to be delivered. I was shocked. Then when the tumblers came I was amazed. They came out PERFECTLY - with the watermark and logo exactly as I requested and promised. I will definitely be coming back to RCH in the future. THANKS A MILLION!!!
