Shipping Policy

 

Carrier:

We ship USPS First class and Priority mail. Some items may be shipped FedEx depending on how many are ordered and the location they are going to. If this would be an issue, please let us know immediately. We only ship within the U.S.

Damaged items:​

If you're item has been damaged in the shipping process please contact us right away with photos of the damaged item, the box/label and your info. We will either remake or refund you for the damaged items.

Undeliverable address:

If an undeliverable address is provided this will result in USPS sending the item back to us. Once we receive the item, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to send it back out and can sometimes be more than the original cost. Please double check all of your info that you have provided on the order.

Item not received:

USPS tracking that indicates "Delivered" are considered received. We can not be responsible for the safety of each delivery location.

We can replace or refund an item that is truly lost, meaning the Post Office didn't deliver it, but we can’t replace or refund in the event of theft. If the Post Office can prove that the package was delivered to the correct address, and you claim to not have it, please check with neighbors and family members (who may have placed the package somewhere), we suggest you file a theft report with the US Postal Inspector and their local police department.
