RCH did a fantastic job for a large custom etched order of 140 decanters. Great communication and order was delivered promptly. Would 10/10 use again.

Excellent customer support from RCH. I contacted them with a short fused order on a Friday evening and the representative worked with me on logo design over email with quick responses. They accepted the order and then delivered ahead of schedule. The folks receiving the flasks loved them — will definitely use RCH again!

The quality of the finished product was impressive and the price was very reasonable. It was also delivered in a timely fashion.

I never saw the item, it is still in its package and I am awaiting, a week later, a reply on how to send it back. So the item might be great but I won't know unless I have to repackage it. I ordered with the idea that when I paid the express shipping, the day count was the total time....they informed me that it wasn't and it arrived the Monday after the wedding I needed it for.

We had a big event and needed nametags made for our staff. Ryan was amazing to work with, quick to communicate and was even willing to work out a custom design for us specific to our event. Not only that, but the quality was great and the shipping was unbelievably fast. We will definitely use RCH Gifts in the future!

The tumblers are great and arrived very well packaged. I didn't realize they would be individually wrapped so nicely, making the gifts even better. The etching is perfect on every cup (because I am the type of OCD person who checks each one lol)!
